We spent 2021 on the road full-time on our RV with our 2 boys. Here are five amazing stops that we really enjoyed. I hope they encourage you to also get out on the road with your family.
FORT COLLINS, CO

Fort Collins, Colorado, is the fourth most populous city in Colorado, and it offers travelers endless things to do. Visitors love this northern Colorado city for its excellent craft beer, outdoor activities, hiking trails, historic architecture, and nightlife. Did you know Fort Collins, Colorado is home to 70% of Colorado’s craft beer?
BURLINGTON, VT

Burlington’s young and hip vibe will make you feel alive; with fantastic restaurants, cool breweries, and fun shops all around you, it’s hard not to have a great holiday! Embrace outdoor living at its finest, with biking, hiking and much more at your disposal. This blooming city is home to an incredible arts and cultural scene, with local artists, entertainers, and events to be seen. Feel a part of this kind and growing community on your trip to Burlington.
WHITEFISH, MT

We visited Whitefish, Montana during our tour of Glacier National Park…but here’s what many people don’t realize: Whitefish and the surrounding communities in Western Montana (like Kalispell, West Glacier, Cascade Falls, Bigfork, Somers, etc) are worthy of visits even without a trip to the park.
WACO, TX

There are so many things to do in Waco, Texas that we couldn’t get them all accomplished in a single day…We highly recommend a day trip to Waco from Austin, if you're in the area.
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, TX

We spent 3 weeks exploring all the best things to do in South Padre Island – one of our all-time favorite beach getaways. And listen, we’ve heard the noise. SPI used to be a big spring break town (yes, it’s where MTV filmed many of its worst odes to college life), but it’s not like that anymore. The city is cleaned up, it’s super safe, and it’s filled with families. Don’t be shy – come see for yourself.
