In life, our biggest fault lies in the fact of how we handle things. We always misread this as us being wrong for feeling the way that we do. You're not wrong by any means because you are who you are, and that's just fact.
We always find fault within ourselves because we're human. It's just natural to us because we exist. We exist not only to exist but to figure out who we are as well in the process. It is through indecision that we find ourselves at times, but the outlets we have to express our selves can impact this.
As they say, you are influenced by what you are surrounded by. It's not your fault what you're surrounded by, but you do take an example from it. It's the first thing you see so it's what you know. That being said, this doesn't always define us, but it does play a role.
Many things can influence us, it's just a matter of how you apply this to life. This is why finding yourself is important because it allows you to look at what you know, and to dig deeper into what you want out of life.
As for mindsets, the reason why you should change how you look at things is because it will better your mindset in the long run. If you change who you are, then you don't feel like you. If you change how you handle situations, then you change yourself as a whole in the place where it matters most, perspective.
There's no benefit in every little thing triggering you when you can be in a better state of mind. However, this doesn't happen overnight. You don't know that going in. You're just trying to figure out why you feel a certain way and why it feels like you can't change it.
The easiest way to change how you handle things is to laugh at what bothers you instead of freaking out. It's gonna happen anyway, so you might as well handle it in a positive fashion.
So, don't freak out. Any indecision is just a signal to continue on your path of figuring out who you are. Don't deny yourself the fullest you. You only live once, so make it count.
