Company image.

Everyone knows that they are greeted by clothes, therefore, the first thing you should pay attention to when choosing a cleaning company is its image. Pay attention to the site, what is on it, is it beautiful, and functional is there a logo, etc. Agree that if money and efforts are spent to make the site convenient and beautiful for you, then most likely this is not a one-day company, but a company that looks to the future and wants to develop and be a useful and reliable partner for its customers.

Customer reviews and the existence of those customers.

If the company was recommended to you by friends, this is good, but if not, what should you do? Then there is only one thing left to pay attention to those who are already her clients, whether there are well-known brands among them, perhaps someone wrote a letter of recommendation about the company with which they work. And in order to check whether such a client really exists and this is not just a cunning marketing ploy (for example, quite often, after working for a month at the facility and leaving it, there is still such a client on the site), you can try asking for the phone number of the contact person of the client you are interested in, arguing that you want to hear his oral recommendations. If you are the owner of a building or a large tenant of office space and are ready to offer permanent cooperation, then it is strange if you are refused.

Price and its formation.

It is wrong to choose the cheapest company, the mean one pays twice. Firstly, if you were told the final price right away (and not the estimated price), then this is already bad. The final price is always formed after inspection by the manager of the object. Secondly, any price must be justified, i.е. you must understand what you pay for, and feel the difference: a grandmother came to you with a rag, poured a bucket of water on the floor, rubbed everything on the floor, and left, or an experienced professional came to you with a set of chemicals. funds, and equipment, washed the tiles with one product and removed the stains with another. The price of the first method may be lower, but will you get a quality result?

Ask about problem situations.

Always ask questions, tricky and unpleasant if possible, for example: “What will happen if you break my computer or ruin my carpet with chemicals while cleaning the apartment?” If the company can confidently answer them, then everything is in order, but if the answer is like “Don’t worry, this has never happened to us” or “If we figure it out”, then this is not professional and it is better not to work with such a company. The one who does nothing is not mistaken, the task of any self-respecting organization is to reduce such cases to a minimum, and if such a nuisance has occurred, then one must bear responsibility for it.

Visit the company's office.

One of the last steps in choosing maybe a visit to the office. In addition to the fact that you will get personal communication with the manager of the company, or even with the Director, you can see a lot of interesting things. Let's tell you a little secret, usually, the organization's office is located in the building (business center) that it serves. If so, then you can see on the spot how well the company is doing.

1. Why is Wilson Hall so complicated to navigate? Even as a senior, I still get lost in Wilson. As a freshman, I was warned about the unnecessary complexity of the building, was laughed at by upperclassman for my confused looks on the first day of school and walked and rewalked the whole hall before finding my classroom. #annoying.

Blair Waldorf For governor of new york

Cynthia Nixon, a.k.a Miranda from Sex and the City, is running for governor of New York. I think that this would be the best decision that has been made in a while solely based off of the fact that almost no one knows New York like the cast of Sex and the City. This got me thinking about who else would be a good candidate to take over the city of dreams. Then I realized that Blair Waldorf, if she were a real person, would be my number one choice for governor. Here are five reasons why Queen B would be an excellent ruler.
