Here Are The Most Iconic Lines From Every Song In Hamilton

Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote a 46 part masterpiece, and every single one has at least line that stands out.

1890
Lin-Manuel Miranda as Alexander Hamilton

For those of you that have been living under a rock for the last 5 years, Hamilton is a historical rap musical based on the life of one of America's founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton. The musical first debuted on broadway in 2015, and a film version featuring the original broadway cast (!!!) is set to drop on Disney+ this Friday, July 3rd. I have no doubt in my mind that Hamilton will go down in history as one of the most iconic musicals of all time, which is fitting since it illustrates the life of one of the most iconic historical figures of all time. In honor of the film release this weekend, here is a list of the most iconic lines from every song to get you even more excited (if that is even possible) to watch Hamilton in your living room.

*The songs on this list are listed in the order they are performed in the musical.

New Year's. February? Valentine's and Single Awareness Day. May? Existential dread during finals. But for me, March has always been my favorite month of the year, and for good reason.
