As I scrolled through my Pinterest feed several months ago, I noticed more and more pins of the same type showing up, all little thoughts and poems that encouraged and uplifted me. After reading a few, I noticed that they were all signed by the same author, Morgan Harper Nichols. Because they caught my eye, I searched for some more poems to read, and as I did, they spoke to me more and more. Some are written as prayers, from her to God, while others are short letters written to people she sees in passing. I hope that these thoughts, poems, and prayers inspire you the way that they inspire me.
