Christy's Corner: How Tri Delta Honors The Memory Of A Sister

In November of 2015, WSU's Tri Delta lost one of their young, beautiful new members, Christine (Christy) Hunter. A year later, we honored her memory by dedicating to her and renaming an outside porch as Christy's Corner. Alongside Chi Omega and their member Sidney, who was in the accident with Christy, we put on a fundraiser to raise money for Christy's Corner. We opened our house to everyone in the community to buy nachos and ice cream sundaes. Before they left, many individuals left a tealight in Christy's Corner, and, by the end of the night, it was shining brightly. We miss Christy every day, and her memory will now forever remain in Tri Delta.
