9 Songs That Perfectly Sum Up All Of The Finals Feels

We all know that there is a huge feeling of relief that get's lifted from out shoulders when finals are over, and we can all finally enjoy the what seems like the best month off school we've ever had. So, in light of finals having just ended, here nine eight songs that perfectly sum up finals and all of our fall semester feels.

1. "Sorry" by Justin Bieber

"Is it too late to say I'm sorry now?"... mom and dad for failing the semester?

2. "What do You Mean" by Justin Bieber

So, "What do you mean" my average in this class is only a 69.... My parents are going to be so PISSED.

3. "Hangover" by Taio Cruz ft. Flo Rida

You "end up on the floor, you can't remember, you clueless." This was you almost every day during the past two weeks, as you fell to the floor in sweat, tears, and exhaust and you did not even remember how you go there in the first place.

4. "Blank Spaces" by Taylor Swift

"So it's gonna be forever, or it's gonna go down in flames. You can tell me when it's over; if the high was worth the pain." This was you as you thought that finals week had lasted what felt like a year and a half and you thought your life was practically going to burst into flames and fall into shambles.

5. "Best I Ever Had" by Drake

You were the best grades I ever had, "the best I ever had, best I ever had"...until you went and took your math final and now you're rethinking all of your life choices.

6. "Wrecking Ball" by Miley Cyrus

"All I wanted was to break your walls. All you ever did was wreck me, yeah, you, you wreck me." This is how you felt as you just wanted to break down those walls and totally kick ass at finals, but instead, finals kicked you in the ass and you fell down hard. Really hard.

7. "FourFiveSeconds" By Rihanna

"I think I've had enough, I might get a little drunk." This was you as you were at your breaking point and just considered getting drunk and letting all your feels out about what finals really made you feel like.

8. "The Lazy Song" by Bruno Mars

"Today I don't feel like doing anything. I just wanna lay in my bed. " This was you as you contemplated laying in bed all day not studying or being remotely productive, but then there was also that feeling that you should probably get up and study. Decisions, decisions.

9. "Survivor" by Destiny's Child

"I'm a survivor (what?) I'm not gon' give up (what?) I'm not gon' stop (what?) I'm gon' work harder (what?) " This should actually be the national anthem to two weeks of hell you went through. You survived, you never gave up, you never stopped, and you never worked harder in your entire life than during these last two weeks of school.

Finals can be a tough thing to go through and most of the time we don't even know how we manage to make it through, but in the end of it all, we know all of the studying and all those cups of coffee would pay off eventually, right?

Parks and Recreation excitedly gathered around a laptop at a table in an office setting.

The library. Club lib. The place every college student goes when they want to try and be a productive member of society. Who better to explain your experience than Parks and Rec?

1. When you've finally found the energy to leave your dorm room and walk into the lib like

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
