Foods That Reduce Bloating

  • Papaya

Papaya is chopped full of enzymes that help you to digest food and reduce inflammation. They are also known to have soothing properties and help with an upset stomach. They are also a great source of vitamin A and fiber.

  • Yogurt

Most people are aware of the probiotics in yogurt and they help to naturally regulate and balance the good bacteria that is found in your gut. If you are not able to eat dairy, you may want to add a probiotic supplement to your diet.

  • Banana

Bananas are great as a lubricator to keep things moving. Their potassium helps to flush out sodium and water in your body. This will keep you from retaining water and help to minimize any bloating.
