These little goals each month require the bare minimum effort and can help improve your life or possibly be ways to further your resolutions throughout the year.

1. Make To Do Lists

Make a to-do list before you go to bed at night to clear your mind to get a good nights rest, or jot down a to-do list them in the morning to start your day off on the right foot. Try to center your priorities and write down the things that are the most important and you want to get done. Lists can help you focus and optimize productivity and isn't that something we all strive for in a new year?

Consistency from good habits only makes a better life.

7. Make Your Bed

Start your day by making your bed! It keeps you from getting back into it and instantly makes your room look cleaner. Also, it helps you start your day knowing that you've already accomplished something, and feeling productive from the start of the day only solicits more productivity.

8. Don't Hate Your Sundays

You may dread Sundays because they're the start to a sometimes daunting 7 days of work, tests, or school. During the rough times in my life, I just pray and meditate, knowing that my prayers will be answered. But even when I'm happy, or in just about any mood, I try my best to go to church as often as I can.

It was a huge stepping stone for the early humans, for it started the transition from a hunting-gathering society to an urban, agricultural society and shaped the course for the rest of human history. While it is a widely accepted fact that the Neolithic Revolution was a monumental step, and a great thing that happened in history, an opinion has started to grow among historians that the Neolithic Revolution might have actually been a mistake.

Here are some reasons why some think it was beneficial, and why some think it was a mistake.
