My long-term goals are to master the arts of writing and research, start a career in journalism after college, and write at least one award-winning novel in my life. I think that writing for the Odyssey will not only prepare me for a career in journalism, but will also strengthen my writing skills, give me the confidence and opportunity to spread my ideas on a wider stage, as well as supply an excuse to do what I enjoy (writing, of course) every week.
