Words are extremely powerful. I'd argue that we can utilize words to change the perspective of our world and to make it a more positive and engaging place. I think that creating productive and open-minded conversations between individuals is extremely important, so I hope to utilize my love for writing to bring a unique honesty and curiosity to the Odyssey platform, and to be a conversation-starter for a wide variety of different topics and personal encounters/observations. As a personal goal, I really hope to engender a bravery in others to utilize and vocalize their own opinions, as well as to be unafraid of stepping out of their comfort zones. On a broader scale, I hope to utilize the Odyssey to gain experience as a writer and to further refine my abilities, both creatively and analytically.
