Karina Puent

I am a sophomore at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities majoring in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary Sciences emphasis. If that isn't a mouthful in itself, I am also minoring in Marine Biology (as best as I can from the Midwest). Needless to say, I cannot get enough of all the animals! Along with being a member of my communities Odyssey team, I participate in intramural sports on campus and volunteer at the nearby Ronald McDonald House. Off campus, my favorite things include anything outdoors ranging from hiking, to swinging in my hammock, to kayaking. I am passionate about art, whether it be painting or writing, and find their beautiful forms keeping me grounded. My aspirations are constantly growing and being a part of The Odyssey has allowed many doors to open that will aid in achieving my goals!
