11 Moments That Perfectly Demonstrate Your Love For Diet Coke
Goddess in the House

There are very few consistencies in my life: my faith, my family, the fact that I will never be good at math and Diet Coke. I’m not entirely sure when it became one of the things in my life that bring me utter and complete happiness. All I know is I can never go back. There is and always will be Diet Coke in my life.

1. Sometimes even coffee is not enough to bring you to life in the morning.

But one sip of a nice, cold Diet Coke sure does the trick.

2. You get a slight twinge of guilt when everyone else at your table orders water when you're out to dinner.

So awkward.

3. You can feel their judgmental water-drinking eyes on you as you once again order a Diet Coke.

4. And you have blacklisted all of those restaurants that, for whatever insane reason, do not serve Coca-Cola products.

No, a Diet Pepsi is not okay.

5. There is also a blacklist for people who tell you that you should quit drinking Diet Coke.

6. You know how bad they are for you. But at this point, we are all going to die someday, so why not go out doing (drinking) what you love?

How can something so good be so bad?

7. On a long, hot day, you can feel that beautiful crisp sip wrap around your soul.

8. You do not consider your love of Diet Coke an addiction because you obviously have complete control over your beverage desires.

9. And it is completely normal to feel like the world is over when you open up the refrigerator to see that you have finished the last can.

10. You know when all of the nearest stores that have them on sale.

For whatever reason, when they are 75 cents cheaper, they taste even better.

11. You fear that you may never love someone as much as you love that heaven-in-a-bottle.

And if you haven't already guessed, it's beer. There are few things I take more seriously than my beer, in order are: sports... and beer. Here are my favorite summer brews:

Bruce Springsteen's Top 7 Lyrics

Everything Bruce says in his classic rock songs.

bruce springsteen album cover born in the usa

Anyone who was born and raised in New Jersey (or anywhere really) knows of Bruce Springsteen, whether or not they like him is a whole other situation. I hope that his hundreds of classic rock songs and famous high energy performances, even in his sixties he can put on better concerts than people half his age, are at least recognizable to people of all ages. Love him or hate him (I identify with the former) you have to admit that some of his songs and interviews have inspirational quotes and lyrics.

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Why you should spend your next summer in New England.

3286
Marconi Beach

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.
