Brave enough to orbit the earth in a commercial space tourism flight?
This is a response to Falcon Heavy And SpaceX Show Us The Benefits Of Privatized Space Exploration.
For those who haven’t heard quite yet, the presumed rumors in subsequent years turn out to be true.
It has now become possible to take a trip beyond the clouds our “normal” aircraft, airplanes, have been limited to.
Orbiting in space approximately 60 miles above earth for about 90 minutes is what Virgin Galactic passengers will experience later this month in June. If heights were ever of concern, this adrenaline rush probably extends far beyond anyone’s reasonable concerns.
Tickets had been purchased in November of 2022 by eager space and adventure enthusiasts. Initially charging $200,000 per person, tickets have sky rocketed to $450,000…per person! For some, that’s the cost of a home!!!
‘Tis the reason that going in to space is a “possibility” for some - financially speaking this may be an impossible feat to come up with.
But hey! Where there’s a will, there’s a way! And let’s not forget what an incredible and romantic view of the sunrise couples can enjoy on a possible romantic date!
Not to worry though, surely there are ways to be able to afford a ticket, right? The sky’s the limit after all…or is it?
Apparently going on the virgin galactic website has a waiting list for those interested in purchasing a ticket.
