5 Ways To Celebrate Halloween This Year, Whether You Like Being Spooked Or Just Baking Cookies
As always, safety first!
This year, the month of October is looking a little different, especially for Floridians like myself. There won't be Halloween Horror Nights at Universal, Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney, trick or treating, haunted cornfields, and all the fun activities that usually come along with the month of Halloween.
However, it doesn't mean you can't still celebrate! Here are some easy and safe ways to get in the spooky spirit during a pandemic:
1. Have a Halloween movie night.
This is something you can do at home without having to be around people. Or have a few people over for it but stay socially distanced.
2. Carve pumpkins.
A fun activity that will definitely get you in a spooky mood.
3. Go to a drive-through haunted house.
These are a new thing, but they still let you enjoy a common activity during October while keeping everyone safe.
4. Host a virtual costume party.
Have fun getting dressed up with your friends while still staying home and not breaking any of the social distancing guidelines.
5. Bake Halloween cookies.
Make a fun treat and have a snack for your movie night.
