How Every Penn State Student Should Prepare For The Blue And White Football Game
Blue or white? Who ya got?
Penn State's annual Blue and White game is quickly approaching. Here are some easy-to-forget things that every PSU student should do before Blue and White weekend:
1. Stop at McLanahan's early.
Wanna have the cutest outfit and accessories? Make sure you get the best stuff at McLanahan's before the crowd hits on Friday night. Oh yeah, pick up some chasers while you're there too! They'll disappear Saturday morning.
2. Invite some friends up.
Blue and White weekend is one of the best weekends to show your friends from home and other schools what PSU spirit is all about! Invite two or three friends up and give them a football weekend they won't forget.
How could you forget Penn State's top-notch tailgates anyway?
3. Go to bed early the night before.
Rest up! It's a long weekend-- especially game day. It'll be hard to get through it if you're too tired from binge-watching a new Netflix series the night before.
4. Get ALL of your homework done before the weekend.
You don't want to have to give up your Saturday night after the game or your Sunday morning at the Waffle Shop with your friends to hit the books, do you? Think ahead. Get all your work that's due on Monday done before the weekend rolls around.
Nothing better than stress-free tailgating and chicken baskets.
5. Where's the tailgate?
Definitely try to figure out your plans before Saturday morning, especially if you're planning to hit multiple tailgates before the game.
6. Playlist!
Make a playlist filled with all your favorite up-beat music to play before and at the tailgate!
7. One word: mimosas.
Kick off is at 3 P.M., everyone...get your morning started with mimosas. They're a true early football game staple.
8. Got storage?
Pictures on pictures for Blue and White. Might wanna delete some pics.
9. Are you ready...for...Penn! State! Football?!?!
You better be.
