Today is National Gingerbread House Day, and while there are plenty of majestic gingerbread houses out there, I recently stumbled across one that definitely blows the other versions out of the water.
A frozen-themed gingerbread ice castle exists, and it's ENTIRELY EDIBLE! Although I'm not sure how I feel about eating such a beautiful creation.
This Arendelle-inspired Gingerbread Ice Castle was crafted by Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper with SmartGrid and took more than seven days to make by hand (now I really would feel bad eating it)!

The castle is made with gingerbread dough, blue icing, and powdered sugar made to look like snow. It's so spot-on, even Elsa would be impressed!
