If you are a "Scandal" fan like myself, you've been waiting for this day! What's tonight? It's #TGIT night! This day has been engrained in your mind and calendar for months, and it's finally here. Your popcorn is ready. But is your emotional state prepared? Probably not.

Will Fitz and Olivia make it this season? What is Cyrus scheming this time? And, will someone finally take Command? Stay tuned. Warning, spoilers ahead. Here are 16 thoughts while watching the season 6 premiere of "Scandal."

1. Waiting for the election results like...

Who is going to win? Mellie? Frankie Vargas? I'm scared too, Olivia!

2. The election results finally came in.

Vice President Beene?! Wait. President Beene?!

3. When Abby is at the hospital acting like a complete boss.

You GO girl!

4. Cyrus, Cyrus, Cyrus.

What is he up to now?

5. Where was Jake during the election results?

Something doesn't add up.

6. Wait, quick shout out to David Rosen.

For knowing the law like the back of his hand during this chaos.

7. When Olivia gets her act together.

Yeah, she's pretty great. *fan-girl squeal*

8. Cyrus did what?!

Didn't see that one coming. Kinda did, but didn't.

9. Where is the wine?!

This is getting messy already.

10. Things just got weird.

Weird is definitely not good, unless you're Huck, I guess.

11. Who should take the place of Vargas?

"I got it!" Cyrus, put your scheming, scandalous hand down!

12. Leave it to the professionals.

Huck and Quinn always figure it out!

12. Are the big three back together now?

I can never keep up with this roller coaster of a relationship -- if that's what it is.

13. When Fitz made a decision on his own.

Way to go Fitz. Do I agree? Not sure yet, but at least you made a decision. Finally!

14. What is going on between Marcus and Mellie?

Are they a thing? Are they not a thing? What is going on?!

15. Marriage?!

Marriage between Huck and Quinn? Charlie and Quinn? Oh boy.

16. Someone just got Olivia Pope'd.

She can do no wrong. Seriously, though.

Can't wait for next week's episode. I think we can all agree that the viewers will need a week to recover from this season premiere. I know I will.
