2. You can restart your life as many times as you want, just find comfort in starting over.

3. There is no such thing as feeling "too much". Feel every emotion that washes over you to the fullest, good or bad.

4. Everything won't always work out. Life will not just fall into place, but work with what you have while you have it.

5. Let yourself get hurt, a flower doesn't grow without a storm.

6. Growing up does not entail life slowing down; no one can stay young forever.

7. You are allowed to feel sorry for yourself, just don't force others to feel sorry for you too.

8. It's okay to not know how you feel, it's okay to be scared, but don't live your life behind closed doors. Nothing will tear you apart more than watching someone live the life you created for yourself but were too afraid to live.

9. You may not feel bad lying to those around you, but lying to yourself will haunt you every day.
