Sherlock Holmes- Series


Sherlock Holmes is perhaps the most classic detective series. Sherlock is a detective residing in London that gets called upon when there has been a crime. Sherlock uses his sharp skills and reasoning to deduce what happened. Along with the help of his right-hand-man Dr. Watson, this series is sure to keep you reading.

Hercule Poirot​- Series


If you liked Sherlock Holmes and in need of another series, try Agatha Christie's Poirot. Agatha Christie is among the best authors and is well known for her murder mysteries. In this series, Agatha has created a Belgian detective who travels the world and gets called upon to solve mysterious murder cases. Along with his partner, Hastings, they solve unusual cases that baffle the police.

Miss Marple- Series


Another series by Agatha Christie is her series: Miss Marple. Miss Marple is an elderly female detective who is very curious and solves cases that the police are clueless about. Miss Marple works her magic by paying close attention to detail and using the clues to piece together the events in which the murders happened.

And Then There Were None- Book


Another masterpiece by Agatha Christie is the book: And Then There Were None. This book relates a tale of ten little Indians slowly vanishing one by one to real life where ten people receive a strange invitation to an isolated mansion and one by one people keep vanishing. As people start to die it is clear, that the killer is among them.

Hugo Marston- Series


The Hugo Marston Series by Mark Pryor is a more modern take on detective and crime. Hugo Marston is a former FBI agent who worked as a profiler. He later becomes head of the US embassy and gets called on for certain crimes. This series involves detective work with a hint of a romance under the covers.

Charlotte and Thomas Pitt- Series


A great series by Anne Perry is the Charlotte and Thomas Pitt Novels. Thomas Pitt is an inspector often called to inspect the scenes of crimes and with the help of his wife (Charlotte) and her connections, she assists Thomas and gives him access to information he would never have been able to get.

William Monk- Series


Another one of Anne Perry's greatest series is the William Monk Series. William Monk is a detective for the London police. Monk had a terrible accident causing him to lose some of his memory, but he still moves on to become one of the greatest detectives.
