There are many healthy foods. Bananas, strawberries, blueberries and carrots are some of the many foods. Blueberries are good with antioxidants. Prunes also have antioxidants. Some people grow their own vegetables and fruits in their own garden. Broccoli, Mangoes and oranges are good for the skin. Strawberries and Kiwis are also good for the skin, according to WebMD.

Some foods that are good for preventing cancer are leafy green vegetables. Making healthy smoothies are a tasty treat and depending what a person puts in there can help with the skin or preventing cancer. Even though people try to stay away from carbohydrates it is good to eat food with carbohydrates occasionally and It's good to follow eating food from the food triangle. Eating eggs are good protein. Sometimes it's okay to treat yourself to unhealthy food too but a person has to limit themselves.

Jellies are a good snack to have in the morning. Whole wheat bread also can be tasty. Oranges are delicious to eat. Cranberry juice and water are both the healthy choice to drink. It’s important to eat some meat. Someone can replace their meats with beans for protein.

Dark chocolate is tasty and good for the heart. Raisins are delicious to eat. Sometimes if someone looks online for healthy food recipe a person would found a lot of options. Pasta with a lot of vegetables is a good choice. Sometime a good homemade soup will help appease the appetite. Naked drinks are also a good healthy choice for a drink. Stay away from sodas but there are a lot of healthy options to drink. Smoothie King is a healthy place to go to. Eating lettuce is important to being healthy. Tomato’s, which is a fruit, is also very healthy.

Tomato, mozzarella and pesto sauce is a delectable option. Ratatouille is a very favorable meal and it is very healthy. Tuna is very healthy. Sushi is another great option. Omelets are healthy but have high cholesterol. Vegetables raw are very healthy to eat. Sometimes a person wants to stay away from the greases. Having some bread is okay but don’t have too much. Bean salad is a great option. There are many kinds of beans so a person can make much different kind of bean salads. As a person can see there are many healthy options people can have

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines.
