Breakfast Cookie in a Mug

Sometimes you need a break from the dining hall food.

This recipe is great to have before classes in the morning. I was able to find all of the ingredients in the dining hall so it didn't even cost me anything.

Prep time: 5 mins

Cook time: 1 min

Ingredients

½ medium banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon milk
4 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon raisins, seeds, or nuts (optional)

Instructions

In a large microwavable mug mash the banana well with a fork.
Stir in the peanut butter, milk and honey and mix well together.
Add in the oats and raisins and stir until combined.
Microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute or until firm to the touch on top
Enjoy warm!
