I've known for a long time now that my future was in animation. And although I knew it would not be the easiest path to take, I don't think I was ever prepared for the huge workload ahead of me! Despite the exhausting efforts, working in the medium is still fantastic, and I cannot be happier that I am finally working towards the field that 10-year-old me dreamed about. So, here's a small collection of the stuff I have done here at DCAD. Hopefully it will get updated the year goes on! In order, the animations are:

- A stop-motion silhouette

- A pixellation (it's like a combination of live-action and stop-motion)

- a pencil-drawn transformation

- a walk cycle, done in Adobe Animate

- and an exercise in movie clips, also done in Adobe Animate

Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
