4 Ways To NOT Get Your Sleep Schedule Back On Track

Honestly if you work from early to the morning to the afternoon or maybe you had a few late nights out…here are some ways to not get your sleep schedule back on track.

Nap over twenty minutes

Let’s just make sure we make you even more tired than you already are. After 20 minutes your body starts its REM cycle which lasts up to four hours. Why not sleep a day away? It seems great! Who needs to be responsible and do grown up things?

Drinking all the energy drinks

After a long day of work and just getting home, what’s the harm in having an energy drink or two? I mean so what you’ll be up all night. There is always tomorrow to catch back up on sleep.

Start a new tv series

Let’s be real Game of Thrones isn’t going to watch itself or maybe your into stuff less gore. Either way what better way to spend your time going through the heart ache and drama of a new tv show. Have you never felt so awake in an intense show that you immediately love?

Workout before going to bed

Why not get that adrenaline pumping? You’ll feel great and be ready to take on the world even if it is nighttime. I mean it is daytime somewhere else in the world.

Ok to be serious with you guys, if you have time do what you want. Maybe you don’t have to worry about a sleep schedule. For those of you who do like me, do not follow what I said obviously if you want to be able to get some rest.

Bruce Springsteen's Top 7 Lyrics

Everything Bruce says in his classic rock songs.

bruce springsteen album cover born in the usa

Anyone who was born and raised in New Jersey (or anywhere really) knows of Bruce Springsteen, whether or not they like him is a whole other situation. I hope that his hundreds of classic rock songs and famous high energy performances, even in his sixties he can put on better concerts than people half his age, are at least recognizable to people of all ages. Love him or hate him (I identify with the former) you have to admit that some of his songs and interviews have inspirational quotes and lyrics.

New England Summers Are The BEST Summers

Why you should spend your next summer in New England.

Marconi Beach

Three years ago, I chose to attend college in Philadelphia, approximately 360 miles away from my small town in New Hampshire. I have learned many valuable lessons away from home, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in Pennsylvania. One thing that my experience has taught me, however, is that it is absolutely impossible to beat a New England summer.
