Halloween Costumes

Halloween is a top holiday for all people under the age of 25, for younger kids it's a time for getting candy. For people above the age of 14 it's about wearing the coolest, funniest, costumes possible. Now the question is what to be for this Halloween. That's what I'm here for, I'm going to provide some helpful suggestions as what to be this Halloween. So here we go:

Do you like dank meme's? Are you up to date on internet humor, well I got some costume idea's for you.

Caveman Spongebob: Buy a spongebob costume, and put a loin cloth on (never thought I'd actually ever write the word loincloth before).

Crying Jordan: Get a Michael Jordan Costume and when people ask what you are dab some water under your eyes.

Damn Daniel: Get a white shirt, write Daniel on it with sharpie and get yourself some white vans.

Are you up to date with pop culture? Use these costume's before time runs out.

Harambe: Gorilla costume with some fake blood on the mask (you'll see about 20 this Halloween)

Clown: (Don't do it you sick minded individuals)

Ken Bone: Get yourself a red sweater, some glasses, and draw a fake mustache on yourself.

Are politics your thing? In this election year here are some helpful costumes for you folks.

Hilary Clinton: Put on a lot of red lip stick, get a blondish white wig and your in business

Trump: Same type of wig, put some legos together to make a wall, and carry it around with you (or just buy a clown costume)

Bernie Sanders: White wig, glasses, shirt and tie.

Are you a movie buff and television buff? Impress your friends with these amazing costumes.

Harley Quinn and the Joker: Harley was the talking point of suicide squad, so dye that hair, or get a wig, use skimpy clothes and carry around a baseball/wiffleball bat. For the Joker, try some white facepaint, red lipstick and a green wig.

Russell from Up: Get yellow shirt, a sash with some badges and a tight backpack.

Caty, Gretchen, Katie, and Regina from Mean Girls: Got a group of 4 or 3, dress up as the plastics, where some pink shirts, make sure your hair isn't in a ponytail unless it is the first time it has been that week, and remember no jeans or sweatpants unless it's a Friday.

I hope some of these will get the creative juices flowing in your brain, and feel free to share your ideas in the comments below.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
