Essential Oils Ranked By What They Do For Your Body And How Amazing They Smell
If you don't use these in your DAILY life, you haven't lived.
I would like to say, I don't believe essential oils can cure everything. And some of the things essential oils claim to do (like promoting wellness) are probably B.S. But I have some advice for you: Buy into it! Buy into all of it. Because oils are the best things, and even if it's just the placebo effect in full swing, it is so not a bad way to utilize it. So today I want to rank my favorite essential oils and let you know a bit about what they claim to do and if they work for me.
1. Lemongrass
This is the BEST essential oil out there. Now, I will say I'm sort of biased to lemongrass because I think lemons are the shit and no one can prove me wrong. I put lemon on everything and will continue to because it tastes and smells amazing. It is said that lemongrass is a stress-reliever and I can 100% say that a few drops of it into my diffuser has all my stress floating away. I'm telling you: Buy buckets of this stuff, it's worth it!
2. Jasmine
This is not a very common essential oil, surprisingly, and most of my friends don't actually like the smell. Maybe it's because it's too overpowering or that they don't like florals, but it still stays as one of my favorite essential oils. Jasmine is the best smelling flower out there and I love being able to smell it without maintaining it as a plant (because I am terrible with plants.
3. Tea Tree
This oil surprised me because I didn't expect to like it. It smells EXACTLY like it smells and it's the one I put in my diffuser every night before bed because something about it is just so soothing. It mixes really well with citrus and flower smells so i like that' it's very versatile and, when combined, can give the ambience of being in a flower garden or surrounded by orange trees.
I do have a lot more essential oils that I love, but these are by far my top 3 that I use constantly and all the time. I think essential oils are overall such an amazing thing. And, as far as I know, they can prove to be very useful. Peppermint, though not my favorite, is good for curing headaches if you dab a little on your temples. Sweet orange is supposed to be good for concentration, which I can attest to after many nights spent studying. SO, even if you're a skeptic and don't believe in the powers of essential oils, I suggest you buy into because they have made my life so much better.
