The airport. Such an experience. Having to go to a place at least two hours early to get on a flight. Lovely. That being said I don't mind the airport, I actually find most times relaxing, unless I'm delayed, but these are some common thoughts I think everyone has while passing through.

I've worked at a marina for four summers straight. It mostly consists of tying up boats, cleaning the docks, dealing with dockage schedules, and making sure there isn't trash within the marina. Throughout my four years, I've noticed that to be able to do your job you can't be afraid of some simple things.

3. You'll at least need enough room to bring back souvenirs, though

4. You calculate the time zone difference to find a time to check-in with your parents every week or so

5. You have to pack for any unexpected weather just in case

6. You'll constantly debate what is most essential to pack and not exceed the weight limit

7. Are the classes abroad going to be hard? Because you plan to explore more than study on the weekends

8. How are you going to survive XX months without *insert your favorite American thing*?

9. You cannot wait to start your incredible journey
