before you know it, his voice sounds like home

he had a beautiful soul

the kind people write books about

he made people feel warm

made them wonder how they'd ever gone without

you don't know how much you need him until you meet him

your soul just connects

you don't know the reason

but all of a sudden you just feel content

your heart lets out a breath

you begin to relax and rest

before you know it, he's your best friend

and you never wish for anything less

before you know it, his voice sounds like home

and you lay here wishing you could explain it all with more than a poem

Summer is hot and humid, and it's almost like summer was made specifically to drink the refreshing, cold, crisp wonderful, delicious, nutritious nectar of the gods. Which is none other than beer; wonderful cold beer. With summer playing peek-a-boo around the corner while we finish up this semester, it's time to discuss the only important part of summer. And if you haven't already guessed, it's beer. There are few things I take more seriously than my beer, in order are: sports... and beer. Here are my favorite summer brews:
