Why is it that, all of a sudden, we must feel empowered?

Have we not always been strong?

Were we always so weak that we needed to be lifted up? I’m only asking for a friend, I would never actually say these things aloud - I am a woman after all.

Well, at least we have Women's History Month. That is a whole month to show what makes us worthy.

Oh! and if Beyoncé isn't on the cover, then the modern woman cannot relate.
