The news can often be filled with super sad, depressing, and cringe-worthy things that we'd rather not see or know about. Unfortunately, we can't get away from bad things happening in our world.

But sometimes while all the worst headlines clog our timelines and newsfeed, all the amazing, inspiring, and good news gets pushed to the bottom of the barrel.

7. St Louis Churches bought up $12.9M in medical debt for people living at or below the poverty line

The average payout was $1,166 but I think we can all agree the impact this has on the lives of those less fortunate is something we can all applaud.

8. Seth McFarlane donated $1M to Australian wildlife

9. Nevada Wildlife returned 21 bighorn sheep to land they haven't inhabited in over 100 years

In wake of all the headlines that make us cry, cringe, or make our eyes roll, watching these sheep make their majestic return to their homeland is special, heart-warming, and refreshing.

10. Rookie phenom Zion Williamson finally made his long-anticipated NBA debut and broke franchise records while doing so

Zion needed only 18 minutes to put up 22 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. He set a Pelicans franchise record for the most points by a rookie, passing Anthony Davis' record.
