Samantha Brown

I'm kinda new to this whole blogging thing, so bear with me... My name is Samantha Brown and I'm 19 years old. I've always thought of myself as a writer, and by writer, I mean that in my 14 years of education and countless number of English classes, I've picked up a thing or two. I have a tendency to narrate my life like a Carrie Bradshaw article, so I figured I might as well take advantage of twenty first century technology and turn my thoughts into posts. With that being said, allow me to introduce myself... My name is Samantha, but most of my friends call me Sam. I was born and raised in the great state of Texas and I'm the loudest and proudest member of the fightin' Texas Aggie class of 2019 (WHOOP!). I find joy in the simplest of things and take pleasure in watching black and white movies on Sunday nights with my dog. I listen to anything and everything from Frank Sinatra to George Strait, I'm a quilt fanatic, donut enthusiast, and lover of all things Anthropologie. I like imagining what life was like hundreds of years ago. I have blurry eyesight. I still jump up and down when something wonderful happens. God's plan continues to surprise me everyday, and I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. I can't wait for so many things, but mostly, I can't wait to follow my dreams.
