Kayla Roberts

My name is Kayla Roberts. I’m a freshman at UNC Greensboro, member of Alpha Delta Pi, majoring in Communication Studies and a minor in Retail and Consumer Studies and Media Studies. I hope to further my education through Communication Studies and take a focus on broadcasting. After college, I hope work my way up through television and radio broadcasting and eventually reach my goal of being on E! News or the Today Show. Big goals, right? I probably come across as your average, unrealistic, female college student with big dreams and that is why I believed I would be perfect to write for The Odyssey. At this age, it is so important to remember that we have the entire world in front of us, open and ready to be explored. We should have no limits when it comes to our dreams. Writing for the Odyssey is my first step to doing what I love. Entertaining. Making people laugh. Enriching lives.
