Des Moines native, Emily Rizvic continues to find the balance with being both an American and a Bosnian. She plans to finish Iowa State University with a Degree in Political Science and Community and Regional Planning. Shortly after, she intends to enroll in Drake Law School. She is an advocate for human rights and environmental protection.
Outside of the academic realm, Emily is a traveller, taking many photographs to the people and places she sees. She is a vocalist, performing with the Iowa Ambassadors of Music in 2016, and participated in a number contests and musicals.
