There's always new music coming out. A lot of music goes unnoticed because the songs are by unknown artists. Sometimes these are absolutely amazing songs that don't get the recognition they deserve. I use Apple Music, and there are multiple up-and-coming playlists which is where I find new music from. Some of the said playlists include "Up Next," "Best of the Week," "The Beats 1 List," "Future Hits," and "Today's Hits." I personally love all genres of music, so this list includes hip-hop, R&B, alternative, pop, and yes, even a little country. Some of the songs were released in 2018, but they're still up and coming currently! There are songs on here for everyone, so check 'em out.

Last April, I decided that I should start making a playlist for each month.

I thought that if I were forced to find new music to put on my playlists, which would be a great reason to stop listening to the same music over and over again. I really enjoy picking songs for my playlist that match my feelings for the month or just songs that really define a memory I never want to lose. My playlists from the summer take me back to the Post Malone concert I went to in May, driving home from my last final exam, to late night Cook Out runs with my best friends.

Now that spooky season has officially ended and Halloween has passed, it is time to start looking forward to Christmas. I am the type of person that believes November 1 at 12:01 a.m. is the starting point for the joyous holiday season. Thanksgiving is fun and all, but Christmas music just really gets me in the mood.
