This Season's 'Dancing With The Stars' Cast Could Be The Best EVER

The 2019 cast of "Dancing with the Stars" was revealed on "Good Morning America," and the all-star lineup is SO exciting. With a supermodel, a Bachelorette, AND cast members from "The Office" and "Queer Eye" in the mix, season 28 could have the best cast of competitors yet.

Many fan-favorite pros are confirmed to for this season as well, including Cheryl Burke, Val Chmerkovskiy, Jenna Johnson, Witney Carson, and Peta Murgatroyd. This year, for the first time ever, viewers will have to tune in to the premiere episode to find out who their favorite stars will be dancing with, so set your DVRs for Monday, September 16 at 8/7c on ABC.

The 11 Year Old Drake Fan, Sofia Sanchez, broke the internet with a video of her dancing to Drake's "In My Feelings" as she walked down the halls of a Chicago hospital. The dance challenge went viral on Twitter in 2018, but Sofia blew all the other videos out of the water with her 2019 version. Sofia only wished for two things for her birthday: a new heart and for Drake to visit her in the hospital. Soon after her wish, the famous rapper Drake came to visit Sofia in the hospital. The excitement in the 11-year-old was contagious. The hospital wing she resided on had lifted spirits that lasted days after Drake left. Drake even gifted Sofia with an iPhone with his personal number on it in case she needs a friend to talk to. During his visit, Drake promised Sophia that if she gets a new heart then he would bring her up on stage during one of his concerts. Drake promised to serenade Sofia with his song "God's Plan."

BLACKPINK, also known as the new obsession for K-pop fans, have just debuted their first performance on ABC Network's, "Good Morning America."

This Korean K-Pop group is made up of four girls: Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. Their name, BLACKPINK, is known to illustrate the different personalities of each member in their group as mentioned through an article by, "Refinery 29," and is defined as being a symbol for meaning that, "pretty isn't everything." They have made their appearances in recent years in other mediums as well, but are also the first girl group that YG entertainment has made in about six years, according to the magazine.

So I watched GMA Day last week and Michael Strahan and Sara Haines shared a list of things married couples should do after their first anniversary to do "maintenance" on their relationship. Marriage really does change things – you're officially tied down. So after the first year, it's good to check in with each other. The one maintenance item that stood out to me was "talk to a therapist." Find a neutral third party (no family members!) to talk you through disagreements. Communication is key and sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget to be open-minded or aware of our partner's needs.
