Kimberly Harris

I study journalism at Portland Community and part time at Portland State. When I'm not in school or working I'm on my feet with friends, fumbling with poetry, capturing moments with my Nikon, or practicing the art of vegging out. It's second nature for me to talk and get comfortable with people. I believe that verbal communication is a huge part of journalism and I am someone who loves to talk as much as I love to listen. The Odyssey will expand my knowledge and experience that I already hold about journalism. I am someone who loves to absorb and share information. The Odyssey will push me to write more complex and insightful pieces, hopefully impressing readers like yourself. -xoxo
