Kellie Delaney

Ever since I was very young, I loved literature, both reading and writing it. I would write stories and poems constantly, but I never considered it to be something of major importance. It was just something that I did. Now, as a second semester English major, I have come to realize that English is my passion, and I am able to relate all things back to it. Writing is at the very foundation of education and knowledge, and I am proud to say that it is a skill I cherish and constantly strive to improve. I'm on the path to becoming a teacher, and my goals are to graduate with honors and become a well qualified and experienced teacher who can motivate her students to be the very best that they can be. I also hope to get my work published and possibly pursue a career in creative writing or journalism later on.
