I am an Integrated Strategic Communications major from Lafayette, IN. I plan on completing my BA in Pre-Communications, and moving on to get my Masters in public relations.

I have been writing since a very young age. I say this, not because I want you to know my passion for it, but to understand how it is that I'm better at writing than talking. That's not to say I don't run my mouth. I do, and most of the time it comes out all at once, in a jumbled mess that sounded better in my head.

Writing allows me to meditate on my thoughts and turn them into beautiful words that deserve to be repeated. Plus, no one cares if you're flowery and loquacious in writing. Start waxing poetic out loud and public, though, and suddenly it's weird.
