You body is mainly water, so it makes sense that it requires continued hydration. However, most doctors only 'require' you to drink eight cups per day (64 ounces) or half your body weight in ounces! Drinking more than the required amount can give you so many extra benefits that you don't realize you need until you get! After only a week of the challenge, it is almost guaranteed that you will look and feel noticeably different and healthier! So why not try?

1. You will have more energy!

Most people are under the assumption that the only drinks that can provide energy are the ones that contain caffeine. However, water hydrates your body and mind, allowing them to be refreshed and energized all throughout the day without any caffeine or sugary drinks.

2. You will feel full faster!

Drinking water is one of the easiest dieting tricks! By drinking a gallon a day, your body will be under the illusion that it is full longer and faster, so that you end up not eating as much and less frequently!

3. Your skin will start to clear up!

Now, drinking a gallon of water a day won't magically erase all of your pimples, but it definitely helps! Along with a proper skin care routine and no extra sugary drinks or foods, your skin should be in pretty good shape!
