While I have not been here, it is definitely on my summer bucket list when it gets to be 120 degrees here in Phoenix. Polar Play's Ice Bar lets you get out of the heat and play ice games, look at ice sculptures, and lounge in the below freezing temperatures. One ticket gives all-day access and a non-alcoholic beverage. While putting on layers and puffy jackets might not be considered sexy, it is a good way to get out of the summer heat.

Instead of spending all that money on tickets, take your date to a nice dinner before hand! The museum is cool and will take a few hours to walk through and talk about.

On Saturday's, the tours at Four Peaks are completely free. If you like beer, this is a cool way to see how it is made and get cool. The fact that is free is even cooler. Four Peaks is one of the most popular breweries in the valley so it would be awesome to see how it was made before you drink it.

It is a cheap option for a date that will keep you cool. While it can be a little embarrassing because you may fall, it is fun to joke about the falls the rest of the night.
Take a day trip up north.
While this can be a little pricier, taking a trip up north to Flagstaff or Prescott is a good way to cool off. Blasting the AC on the drive there and then the temperature drop un north, it is a fun road trip and date. While singing along to all your favorite songs and eating snacks, this is a good way to stay outside and be cool.
