Shannon Heller

I really love to write, and am in school to be a journalist. I feel like further developing my writing profile will really help me get a job in the future. Aside from writing, I am also really passionate about helping people, which is why I decided to become an Advocate. In my job as an advocate, I spend time interacting with students in tough and traumatic situations, which can be anything from homesickness to suicidal thoughts. I love feeling like I'm making a difference, and I always try to make my writing represent that. I also had an internship at Boise Weekly, a local alt weekly paper.
