Hey there! I'm super awful at writing out bios... I couldn't even keep a diary about myself as a kid. What can I say? It went from maybe one page of "I went to school today" to "EPIC SPACE ADVENTURE STORY." So, I'll try to keep it light and to the point!

My name is Kaela Coppinger and I'm currently a Sophomore, Mass Communications major at St. John's University and a Writer/Editor-in-Chief for our Hempstead, New York Odyssey Community. I'm very much a performer and it's pretty hard not to see me with my nose in my current favorite play (right now it's "Hand To God" by Robert Askins). I've loved literature my entire life and have always had a love for poetics. I'm also really passionate about American Sign Language and I'm currently working at a conversational level with hopes aiming for complete fluency!

If I was any musical character it would be Moritz Stiefel... Hands down!

I'm a huge nerd, I can't help it. I have too many favorite films and musicals to name. Though despite the abundance of literature I love I can definitively say my favorite novel is, "The Perks Of Being A Wallflower", by Stephen Chbosky. And I suppose those are the basics!

Hopefully, this did just a little bit to quell your curiosity! Hope you enjoy my work here at Odyssey because I can more than promise I enjoy writing it!
