Zachary Adams

I was born in April and have grown up in Owasso, Oklahoma. I have spent time in public education, private, and homeschooling (don't judge!) I used to run track and 5k races in High School. I was involved in Boy Scouts for many years and earned my Eagle Rank in the year 2013 (circa April of 2013). I have always found writing to be a part of every area of my life. I write notes to organize my very unorganized life at pivotal times. College has a strange way of disorganizing even the most organized individual in the world. I am occasionally obsessed with keeping my room clean. I tend to worry about the perception other people have of me, but I do my best not to let the voices of the world drag me down. Thankfulness is all I can express to my friends and family. I am who I am thanks to their wisdom, counsel, and love.

Life is perplexing mystery at times and these are few things that may shape my thought process and writing diction. I am currently studying the often frustrating major of Accounting. I am learning how to survive despite my angry tirades against my textbooks. I have always enjoyed reading the ideas and works of the great thinkers of the world.II find the subjects of philosophy, theology, world politics/foreign policy, Physics (I have no idea why), and other macroscopic subjects intriguing. I also enjoy playing and adding on to the songs and artists whom I find solace in stressful seasons. My security is in my identity in Christ who molds my desire for compassion and love to people. I fail miserably in this sphere of life at times, but I rest in confidence knowing it is a process of transformation. I am only human if that is all you learn from my work.
