I would utilize this platform to give a voice for those who stay silent because they feel like they do not want to draw attention to themselves. I, myself, had to keep my anxiety and depression at bay to make sure nobody looked at me weird. Writing became my therapy and led me to become a mental health advocate. Also to give a different perspective through the eyes of a "wall-flower" who just sits in the back and observes his surroundings.
