Sarah Ann Benton

I am a returning adult student at Clarion University. I will be graduating in Spring 2017 as a double major of History and Liberal Studies: English. I wrote for The Clarion Call during the 2015-2016 academic year as both the a Features and Opinion writer. I write poetry in my spare time and I have also published a book on the history of my hometown of Franklin, PA for Arcadia Publishing. I aspire to attend graduate school at Slippery Rock and would love to get my Doctorate in both of my fields afterwards. I plan on being a college professor who melds both History and Literature together.
