Hello, my name is Nicolas Romero and if you should remember one thing from what I am about to say, let it be that I am a man of action. I am a recent graduate from Chaminade College Preparatory in West Hills, CA and participated in a handful of extracurricular activities which are considered leadership roles such as the Chaminade Ambassadors Program, the Chaminade Diversity Team, and the L.I.F.E. Team which stands for Living in Faith Experience, and Chaminade Eagle Business. Outside of school, I volunteer my time at nonprofit organizations such as the Guadalupe Community Center as a tutor and the Children’s Hunger Fund. When I am not volunteering my time or in school, I spend my time restoring and rebuilding automobiles as a hobby. My passion for tinkering with mechanical items comes from a curiosity within myself to know how something works, simply knowing that it works is not enough to satisfy me. I have been blessed with a terrific education allowing me to conceptualize innovations and the know how to construct them myself. I believe having both of these characteristics qualifies me as being a man of action.
