Maya Spence

I'm Maya, and I'm going to be attending the Wentworth Institute of Technology next fall. Wentworth is full of opportunities, and I'm excited to absorb the city culture, as I come from a small town. As far as long term goals, I'm hoping to graduate from Wentworth with a degree in biomedical engineering, and a Spanish minor. I would also like to complete pre-med, because somewhere in the distant future, I'd like to be a doctor. That being said, I'm not all about science. I'd love to write for Odyssey primarily because I love writing. I've written two novels through NaNoWriMo within the past two years, and I write poetry every now and again. Odyssey presents the opportunity to write in a style that I've always wanted to try; there's the opportunity to share ideas with a young community. I'd love to have the chance to write for such a popular and growing platform.
