Katherine Zito

I believe that Odyssey would be a great platform and community for me to share my viewpoints on issues important to me, especially those related to social justice on college campuses. Especially near to my heart is the issue of ableism (discrimination towards people with disabilities and chronic mental and physical illnesses). Additionally, I like to approach everything with a sense of humor and believe that writing that is witty and observational can provide readers with both comfort and insight, and it is what I strive for. In addition to my interest in social justice, I believe that my observational abilities could help me create content that brings to light elements of the college experience that readers have experienced but never thought about, and encourage them to discuss them and laugh a little.
