I'm not sure how many Grey's Anatomy themed articles I've done by now but what can I say? It's a great show that should be written about! With that said, I'm writing about the most recent episode which aired on November 9, 2017. So if you're seasons behind maybe you should stop right here unless you don't mind spoilers.

For starters, can you believe that you have watched 300 episodes of Grey's Anatomy?! This show has been on since 2005 which is hard to believe. I wonder how the fans who watched since day one feel. I personally didn't start watching the show in 2005 because I was in second grade and had no idea about the show it. Even if I knew about it, I probably shouldn't have been watching it. Too young haha. I watched the show during my junior year of high school and got through it in about six months! That was a good twelve seasons. I guess you could say that was my first case of binge-watching a tv show. I digress but here are some recaps from the 300th episode of Grey's Anatomy titled "Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story."

Zola!

I love when Zola is on any Grey's episode! She's adorable but what about Meredith and Derek's other kids? Derek Bailey and Ellis? Where are they?! I know they are younger and probably couldn't go on the trip but who was watching them. Do we honestly know what they look like now? Haha. One of my favorite moments was when Maggie and Zola were looking at a diagram of the human body and Zola was able to identify different parts of the body and said she wanted to be a neurosurgeon like her dad. Tears came to my eyes! Also, Sofia living back with Arizona was great too. It was crazy to see how big she has gotten and Arizona opening up to Sofia about Mark. The impersonation, the picture. Tears once again!

Meredith Grey Winning a Harper Avery!

What a great thing to include in the 300th episode! Meredith really deserved this award after all that she has been though in her dark and twisty life. Of course she didn't end up at the ceremony because she wanted to be a part of the incoming trauma that came to the ER. The best part was when Mere looked up in the gallery and her late mother Ellis was there clapping with everyone else. It reminded me of the earlier seasons of Grey's when Ellis was in her life but it reminded us that Ellis is always there watching over her daughter. Ellis won two Harper Avery awards so she set the bar high but she was there in the moment proud of Meredith!

The Cristina Yang, George O'Malley, and Izzie Stevens Lookalikes!

When the incoming trauma came to the hospital, the patients look so familiar, like old friends. The Cristina and George lookalikes were stuck in a rollercoaster cart and were getting constantly stared at especially by Webber, Chief Bailey, Meredith and Alex. Their other friend was pregnant and resembled Izzie. As Mere said "I think I'm hallucinating." They really did resemble them I'm not going to lie. What were the odds though? This 300th episode was really trying to bring back characters that we all miss!

The Opening Theme Came Back!

Cosy in the Rocket was Grey's Anatomy's theme song until they decided to not have one! I missed it so much so when I heard it I was like "Ahhhh!!" when it came on. It brought back good memories.

When Amelia Did the Head CT!

She saved that man's life who could have had a similar death like Derek's! This was definitely a highlight of the episode. Take that Owen! I'm glad to see that Amelia is back at it with surgery.

Did I miss anything?! What were you favorite parts of the 300th episode? Let me know!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
