Spring break is coming up very quickly, which means your spring break diet has probably started. No matter what you look like, you're probably trying to lose a few extra pounds before you're strutting your stuff on the beach or anywhere else you might be going. Being on a diet in college is hard. Eating healthy is one thing, but actually being on a diet where you're cutting out certain foods is the most difficult thing in the world. Want to go out for pizza with your friends? Nope. Assuming you're 21, want to go to the bar and grab a few beers? Nope, sorry. Want to skip class and stay in bed all day? Sorry, you have to go to the gym. Here's your spring break diet, as told by New Girl.

1. Looking at the calendar and realizing spring break is a month away and you don't have any more time to procrastinate your diet.

2. Getting pumped up and constantly saying to yourself "I can do this."

3. Trying to keep yourself busy so you won't snack while you're bored.

4. When that one person with the perfect body complains about their spring break diet.

5. Trying on bathing suits.

6. Going to the gym for the first time in a while.

7. When your friend tells you that you don't need to diet and that you'll look beautiful in a bathing suit no matter what.

8. But then you realize that she's right.

9. Giving into a craving and hating yourself for hours after.

10. When you finally establish your go-to gym buddy.

11. When spring break is finally here and you don't have to diet anymore.
